If my parents come to town and want to spend a week or two I can't make love to my wife. I feel like it's a form of disrespect or maybe just the way they raised. Either way, whatever the reason may be, I can't do it. Knowing they are right in the next room give me the heebie jeebies. They are flying in from Minnesota today. I was wondering is this normal?
No it's not normal. You are a married man so why create an awkward situation? You only exist because those people in the next room had sex. It's obviously not the time for your 50SOG sex god performance but I'm sure you can talk to your wife and agree a plan for action.
Don't you know that your parents always know what you're up to. Oh and good luck with your future adoption only scenario :D They probably WANT you to have kids as soon as possible by the way :)

If you're old enough to be married you're old enough to get over this. You don't need to be yelling and screaming and grunting but what's wrong with a nice quiet fuck, maybe with the TV on or some music playing? Use your rational brain to talk yourself out of these irrational feelings.
How does your wife feel about enforced celibacy while your parents are there and does the same thing apply where her parents are concerned?
