Is it normal i can't ejaculate?

Every time I masterbate, I have 2 minutes of pleasure, and then I have what I'm guessing is an orgasm, and then I go completely flacid, and I can't get horny or erect for hours after, and there is no semen. I also get a strange aching sensation in my testicles and my legs get really hot and weak.
