Is it normal i can not eat anymore? (no not anorexic post)

I have been really sick lately. I have had cold symptoms. I have had this severe pain in my throat that will not go away. It hurts when I try to swallow. Getting to the point I just don't want to eat because it hurts so bad to try. Along with this I have this constant hunger that will not go away no matter how much or what I eat. So not being able to eat is making it worse.

    Yeah I would google the shit out of it and head to the doctor.

        It's a big lump on the neck that develops as a result of some hormonal problems. Google it. You might want to go the doctor and get your thyroid checked.

    It's normal to feel like shit when you're sick.
    But it's not normal to be sick, so go get some medicine for a quicker recovery.
