Is it normal i can never..
For the past week maybe two, I can not sleep! I either sleep about 3 hours or around 13. It's 5:47am and I still haven't slept. Yesterday I slept from 5am to 5pm. I wake up and can not move and just pass out on and off. Try to take advantage of finally being able to rest. Obviously I'd be up still. But even if I don't sleep during the day and I get in bed at 10pm I take melatonin, it only ever keeps me asleep from like 12-2am. I ALWAYS wake up a couple hours later after finally falling asleep. Then I'm right back to not being able to sleep. Then I'll stay up till I have school at 7:30am. I go. I get home. So exhausted. BUT I can't sleep! And the processes repeats. One night I didn't go to bed till 7am. Slept barely 20 minutes. That day my friend is passing out from being tired after getting 4hours of sleep and I'm wide awake. I manage to nap for an hour.. Can't sleep at all that night! It's driving me insane. I've tried having a busy day to tire me out and all that. It just doesn't work. Is this normal?! Before it got this bad I could run off only 5hours of sleep and feel fine. Do I just not need to sleep that much? Why is this happening to me?
