    I can see mine o_O...............when I lay (lie...? Eh, whatever) on my back, it makes my stomach area jump.
    Not sure if that's normal or not, but I think you're fine.

    I can see my chest move, I can hear it in my ears, feel the pulse through my entire body and feel is pulsating blood through my neck when ever I cross roads...I have a phobia of crossing roads;-;

    So what is your BP? It's probably not anything to worry about. It also depends on if you are overweight or athletic, because feeling your heart beat could be different in different situations. For instance you may have left ventricular hypertrophy, which happens to both athletes (not a bad thing) and overweight individuals(could be compensation for hypertension and could be something you want to check out). Hope that helps.

    I can feel my heartbeat, whether I'm moving or sitting still. It's a bit irksome at bedtime, and even though I could be completely relaxed, I'd still feel it beating. It's also visible in my fingers when my hand is limp over the table's edge. Takes about a split second later to feel it pump from the chest to the appendages, though there is a difference in timing. Perhaps it's mild hypertension on my part; since you've noted that your pressure is fine, the most I can do to help out is provide a situation for comparison.

    I don't know if that's normal. I don't think your heart should be beating hard enough that you can feel it in your head.(If it's beating like that all the time.)

    If you are a little concerned, go get a checkup.

    I can hear/feel it if I've run up the steps in panic or if I'm scared/angry about something. Are doing things that cause it afterwards like Exercising or is this a rand experience? If it's because of Exercise, then it would depend on what you're doing. If it's more random with no association with emotion then I wouldn't consider it normal and it would be best to see a doctor.
