Is it normal, i am the smallest in my family and they are all bigger?

I am 5'1 94ish lbs maybe smaller. My wrist is 5.5 inches, so I have a small/medium frame.
My brother is around 6'0 195lbs
My sister is around 5'6 170lbs
My dad is around 6'2 280lbs
My mom is around 5'4 230lbs

I DON'T go by BMI, I go by waist-to-hip ratio and body fat. My waist-to-hip ratio is smaller than all of theirs. It is around 0.7-0.76. I am just wondering how they are bigger than me. Is it normal for me to not to be their size. How can I be related to them and not by their size? It doesn't make any sense. Also I have brown eyes and my mom has blue eyes and my dad has hazel eyes. My mom has and sister both are DD's breasts and I am only a B. So are gene's real? I am healthy and have not missed any periods. I look mediumish/small. I am not skinny, but I am not medium. I am like in the middle of skinny and medium.

    i took this the wrong way i thought it was smallest as in boob size

    I don't take after either of my parents (but my siblings very much do), but I'm quite obviously related to my grandma. When I saw a picture of her brother, I was convinced it was me in the picture and wondered whether someone had drugged me and took the picture without my knowledge. So yes, it's fine not to take after your siblings or parents.

    I am the only one with brown eyes in my immediate family. And only one of my four grandparents have brown eyes. My sister, brother, and I barely look related but we all clearly have similarities with a grandparent/aunt/uncle/cousin.

    Hello:

    Do not fret it. Some where in your genetic history there was a streek of smaller people and you have happened to have gotten that gene line. I am with you. ME: 5.1; 98lbs. MOM: 5.11 and 168lbs. DAD: 6.6 and 280lbs. and BROTHER: 5.9 and 210lbs. I found that I got my shortness from my dad's parents. I am not bothered by it, I just sit back and enjoy it. Being able to buy the petite style of clothings and so on and so forth. So do not sweat it, it comes from the family blood line somewheres.
