Err sometimes when I wakeup I can't breath or it's just that I'm crying or I'm in an uncomfortable position.
I have already experienced it.You could be overstressed...try to get some psychical rest - to get engaged in some physical activity could be a good solution for this kind of problems (swimming, jogging). It might help you.Otherwise, you should see a psychologist.
Try some melatonin. They sell it in the vitamin and supplement section of most grocery stores, pharmacies and Targets/WalMarts. It's all natural and it's a chemical that your brain naturally produces and a lot of people use it to sleep because sometimes our brain just doesn't produce enough of it.
you should try get a hold of something called cannabis indica. Your problem will disappear with regular medicating ^^,
I would agree but this is not true at all. Cannabis suppresses REM (stage 5 sleep) and deep sleep (stages 3 and 4). These stages are *critical* for a restful sleep. It may be easier to fall asleep when you're stoned, but ever wonder why you wake up tired and groggy after getting baked? That's why.
it works for a lot of people, i've never woken up with a weed "hangover"
I know, I used to think it worked for me too. Maybe it did, but it definitely does not work now. Regardless, there is a fact of the matter: using cannabis diminishes quality of sleep. Maybe you have an easier time getting to sleep when you're baked, but I guarantee that if you went to sleep stoned and then woke up the next day and took an IQ test, your score would be significantly lower than it would be if you had abstained. Even if you wake up completely sober, your quality of sleep will not have been as good, and proper sleep is critical to memory and learning and, really, everything else. Again, this is a fact.
Yeah, classic stress anxiety. Talk this out, and may be some mil medication will help for a while. Good luck.
Just kidding, I can't seem to sleep myself without my legs going crazy and shaking
How long has this been happening to you? If your insomnia persists you should go to a sleep clinic to some tests run.
It's likely to do with over thinking when you shut your eyes which keeps the brain tuned on full making it impossible to sleep you need to confront what's on your mind and take action on it or take some Valium
I have a similar problem, I have panic attacks when I try to sleep which keeps me up when I'm exhausted. Does your heart beat fast along with the breathing thing? If so your probably having panic attacks in which case you need to figure out what is keeping you up and deal with it. Next time this happens try to get up and do something that's calming or gets your mind off sleeping or whatever is bothering you.
Talk to a psychiatrist. I'm not calling you crazy but they can help you find your problem and take care of it (:
