There is a young woman at work. I am older than her dad.

Since I started working with her two years ago I noticed she was always looking at me. She will always drop everything to help me out (she is senior to me there) and is truly the sweetest person I know.

She tells me I am handsome. She has told me she loves me. She tells me I am the loveliest person she has ever met. She went crimson when someone suggested in front of us she has a thing for older men. We share many lovely little 'moments'. She doesn't seem to be like this with anyone else there.

I mentioned a concert to her last week. She sent me a text that evening saying she wished she had gone with me and thanks so much for asking her.

We have barely ever touched one another, but I can't stop considering the possibilities here.

What do I do?

    I'm with an older guy and we work together. There's nothing creepy or weird about it. It wasn't intentional, we just had to spend a lot of time together and happened to fall in love. It's no big deal. Ask her on a date.

      When I first got to know her I thought (hoped?) she was in her thirties because she has that maturity about her. She's twenty three, by the way.
