I am 30 years old and am a female and i never have Sex but i have been dating a couple of guys and i have started doing fingure but still that was painfull anyhow now am getting married with traditional family guy. so how am going to do it i already notice that it is so painful. and doing SEX after passing 30 is Normal? what do you say please help me even with the positions.

    You have to get passed the painful stage by actually having sex. I assume nothing traumatic has happened to you in the past, so eventually sex will become more pleasing to you. You will feel awkward and inexperienced but your partner should be understanding that this will be your first sexual experience. Good luck, practice safe sex until you want a child, and continue to enjoy.

    The pain of sex goes away after actually having sex.
    Also, being relaxed has a big role.

    First time sex for majority of women is painful. You just have to get past that.
