I always have dark bags but I drink constantly and smoke cigarettes and weed and do coke, so that seems to make it worse.
I have them too. Heard it's some kind of vitamin deficiency or something...
I've literally had people ask me if I had a black eye before (as if someone hit me in the face).
I get that problem if I am stressed. I have found ice under the eyes for a few moments usually helps.
It doesn't only mean that you aren't getting enough sleep. Genetics play a part as well.
High sodium diet is plausible cause. Inflammation could be the case. If you want to experiment to get rid of them, cut out all processed food. Eat a high potassium diet. Drink plentiful water.
its a genetic thing , nothing can be done. you might try plastic surgery.
