I have a uncircumsized penis, and when i get an erection, the tip opens up, but when i dont have an erection, it stays closed. is this normal?
Yeah, it's normal. It doesn't need to open unless something's going to come out of it, and if it stayed open all the time you'd probably be more likely to get an infection or something.
