Is it normal he got beat up because of her?

I witnessed something really stupid today.

A woman was caught stealing at a grocery store. The security guard tried to stop her from leaving. She started screaming " let go of me!", "no!", "stop!" and some other shit. A few customers thought she was in danger. A few women went up to the security guard and yelled "let her go now!" The theif dropped herself on the ground, continued screaming, and refused to move. An employee came to try to help the security guard. By that time, a few men stepped in and started throwing punches at the guard and the employee. The theif ran and the customers guided her to her car. The customers complimented each other for a job well done.

After she got away, a bunch of cops came and arrested the men who beat up the security guard and employee. They felt stupid when they found out they weren't heros and helped a theif get away.

The theif got away but didn't get away with the stuff and they were able To get her liscence plate.

Was it normal for these people to act so stupidly? For some reason, the whole scene made me sick. If my leg wasn't in a cast, I would have defended the security guard. How can people ignore the obvious and help a theif just because she's a lady pretending to be innocent and helpless?

Women that act that way make me sick. A real woman would have taken the consequences of her actions instead of acting like a helpless baby.

A real woman wouldn't have been a thieving bitch to begin with.

However she clearly saw this was a way for her to get away with stealing and punish people for stopping her.

      what a cunt

  • Unfortunatly, I would say it's completely normal. Quite sickening, yet the norm.

          • Well that sounds so sensual. And what wine are we serving? I suggest a fragrant red, its a lot of meat.

Its unlikely but maybe everyone else was in on it to help the theif get away in the first place?

    • If the security guard was female, they would have helped subdue the criminal instead of throwing punches.

    • They're as much to blame as the theif. The customers ignored that it was obviously an attempt to apprehend her and stepped in to try to be heroes. If it wasn't for her wailing and their interference, the employee and security guard wouldnt be in the hospital right now.

they thought they were helping. it is not their fault.

maybe what you saw is different than what i am imagining, though.

Didn't the security guard have a uniform, or a badge or something like that? To show the customers he was someone to be trusted? Anyway, I don't think it's normal, but I can understand why the guys attacking the security guard might have done that if the thief was a good enough actor to make it look like excessive force.
