Is it normal he can't come from sexual intercourse

I met a new guy last friday - extremely handsome, tall, well built, enormous shoulders, lovely personality, the full package. We really hit it off and he took my number and we've been texting over the last week, just a couple texts a day. I arranged to meet up with him when out clubbing yesterday, and we had an amazing night and ended up going back to mine. We were fooling around and then started having sex. I noticed he seemed stressed and disconnected during sex. Eventually he confesses that he cannot orgasm from sexual intercourse as he lost his virginity at 12 years old to an older woman (basically statutory rape, although he didn't identify it as such.) He was extremely embarrassed and seemed to think I'd judge him really harshly. I said it was fine and I understood, and I managed to make him orgasm from oral sex eventually.

He was unable to sleep all night and left fairly early this morning. He still seemed incredibly embarrassed and uncomfortable and didn't initiate any sexual contact or kissing etc this morning, though we did talk for a while and cuddled etc. He texted me this evening saying thanks for last night and that he was still really embarrassed. I texted him back saying he had absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about and that I'd had fun. No reply as yet.

I'm worried he is so embarrassed that he won't want to see me again, but also, I'm confused. Neither of us is looking for a relationship but with sex apparently out of the equation I don't know how to progress. I really like him and I want to see him again but I don't know how to make it happen.

So, is it normal he can't come through sex? Is there a way to help him? Does that mean he really doesn't enjoy sex at all?

Viagra ? Some type of sex enhancer ? Like a male performance pill or something .

    • It's not that he can't get an erection, it's that he can't orgasm through sex...and he was drunk so I don't think medication or drink or anything will relax him :/

Indeed, but I didn't want to split hairs. I always say ejaculation, though. Ah, different strokes for different folks.

I'm an adult, it's still spelt cum!!!!! lol jks, but yea like whysoserious said, help him with it, he sounds like he's a keeper (hot, nice, sensitive what more can you ask for) why not start a relationship? it doesn't have to be truly serious, just go with the flow emotional damage takes time to heal, get him confortable to talk about it at least to you, you woudln't want to see him like that for his whole life would you?

When a guy is stressed, he has problems getting an orgasm. Maybe you could help him overcome it.

He has to be very comfortable around you to have good sex with you.
