Is it normal having never kissed a girl at 17?

I'm so shy, so my circle of friends and people who i talk to is so small, which makes difficult getting close to a girl.

If somehow i finally get close to a girl, it doesn't matter if she writes on her forehead "I'M YOURS COME AT ME" i won't have courage to make the move.

Why do you idiots keep outing yourself? The rules are 18 plus only is it not? To answer your question you just sound socially awkward.

What? Girls find it a turn-on when a guy is clever.

Well, I am a college student, so I'm a few years older. It's true that in elementary school and high school, the guys who get good grades can get picked on for it.

However, it'll get better. It's only a matter of time before people realize that getting good grades isn't for nerds, it's for people who want to make something of themselves.

So don't worry about being smart reducing your chances with girls. It's true that in High School, the jocks get the most attention from the ladies. In school popularity is everything, so most people are looking for a status symbol rather than a boy- or girlfriend.

But once you leave that place, you'll meet people with a wider worldview. Smarts will get more attractive, because that's the kind of stuff that pays off in the long run. :)

Hey, you can ask a girl out if you want to. I told you about High School based on my personal experiences, but there also are some good people out there. If there's a girl you like, you've got nothing to lose by asking her out. Just know that if you get rejected, it's not the end of the world, and that the things people value the most in High School aren't the things you need to succeed in life.

Yeah, I know a lot of people like that. But it's not that bad. IMO, college is a much better place to meet girls who suit your interests than high school.

Though if your shyness is really bothering you, you should try taking some small steps to become more sociable.

There's nothing wrong with you. Just try to work on your confidence a little bit. I was the same way when I was in high school. Didn't get my first kiss until I was 16. All the guys I've dated, I've been friends with first. Now that I'm older, and I've had more experience, I'd say I'm pretty confident. So just try making more friends, and eventually something should come along for you. :) And don't worry about it too much, just focus on you.

Haha, this is me entirely. I had my first kiss at 15. But that's not saying anything, I just got lucky. And it was horrible. Totally normal to have trouble with women when you're shy.
Women have to basically look directly at me and say "You have permission to grab a boob" before I make a move.
