I had a boyfriend.He was awesome.I fall in love with him at the first date.We dated for 5 days and than we broke up.Here is the problem.On the fifth date,we wore sitting on the back of his car,after talking,he tried to rape me.I was really scared,I couldn't move nor talk.I was just crying.I was really in love and he told me that he doesn't love me.I was really broken,I wanted to suicide myself.I realized that he wanted just sex from me.He wanted to break up.We finally broke up.It's been few months we haven't talked with him.But he called me this week and was telling me again the same thing,how stupid I am,that it wasn't his fault and that I was his mistake.I'm so tired of him,he texts me,I try not to reply and I really hate him.He keeps text and tells me the same thing.I'm so tired of that asshole and I don't know what to do to do to stop it.People please give me advice,I'm just so lost in what to do to stop this situation.

    Darling sometimes the best thing to do is:

    1) Change your number.
    2) Get yourself a taser and pepper spray.
    3) File for a restraining order.
    4) USE the taser and pepper spray when he breaks the restraining order. They always do.
    5) Get yourself a big and intimidating boyfriend if ever your taser breaks.

    Just some helpful tips.

    Yes restraining order get the cops involved it should stop faster like that :)

    I agree with legendary27, you must take steps to protect yourself. You have the right not to be harmed or harassed by anyone. Don't threaten legal action, take legal without his knowledge. Make sure he knows what he is doing is wrong and you will not permit to happen. Be the one who stands up, who knows how many other women he has done it to or who he will do it to next. You have the power to make a change.

    Block his number on your phone. But, while I am a sensitive person, I have to ask, suicide myself?

    Restraining orders don't do anything... Tell him to stop texting/calling you or you will take legal action. Block his number. Then if he keeps harassing you, call the police.

    I have an ex boyfriend with OCD that has been harassing me for six months. I threatened legal action and so far he hasn't been calling me or harassing me.
