Is it normal for your wrists to snap all the time?

Hello, I am currently 20. I have this really bad issue where my wrists snap. I cant put any pressure on my wrists or they feel like they just snapped like a twig. I can still carry things but its very painful to even move my wrists.

    Yeah snapping wrists is common 96 percent of people have snapping limbs
    When you walk past someone next time listen carefully you will hear them snapping
