Is it normal for your whole chest to beat with your heart

Not too long ago I was riding my bike and I went off a jump and I fell and my chest hit the Handel bar so hard I knocked the rubber grip back I didn't break any bones but I had a blooded ring where I got hit I didn't need to go to the ER just needed a band-aid but now my chest beats with the rhythm of my heart when I hold my breath the blooded ring did scar but is it normal for my chest to beat like that

    it depends on how hard your chest is beating. if it is beating hard, like as in, it looks like someone is punching you from the inside then you should probably see a doctor. but one day i was laying on my bed and saw that my chest was lightly beating with my heart, not really noticeably unless you were looking for it, but if i were you, i would see a doctor anyway.
