Is it normal for your penis to not be like round?

Ive noticed my penis isnt exactly round. It stands up when erect and when i look at it its more flat on top and on the bottom the urethra sticks out a bit and its just more of a horizontal Oval with that urethra on the bottom. Does it have something to do with my penis standing almost completely up??
