    Do you push it down? cause mine would stay above the toilet rim unless i guided it under.

    Anyway, if it didn't you might have to consider you have a micropenis so be glad. Theres not much space between your penis and the front edge of most toilets.

    Maybe you need a more oblong shaped toilet? Maybe train yourself to not take a dump as soon as you wake up? It's happened to me before too though.
