Is it normal for your mind to do shift if you see something strange

Its weird this only happens usually when i see something disturbing and how i would describe it is unpleasant were it feels like your brain just moved or shifted in your head with your eyes two and you kind of feel out of balance and out of it for only literally a second then everythings normal. I guess kinda like a mind fuck, Its really weird and whenever it happens i kind of just feel icky or unhappy. But it only happens when i see something disturbing for example not to be disgusting but i saw a dead dog that had be hit by a train and i was walking under the tracks (like the ones that go over a street) and i saw it and that induced this weird mind shifting thing but only for a second. I've experienced it a couple other times too.

This is a normal phsiological response to stress. You are likely prone to fainting. The medical field is probably not a good career path for you.

I know exactly what you're talking about. And yes it's normal. It's because it's something that startled the brain a bit so it naturally sends out signals to prepare you to run (as in the fight or flight response). It's disorienting for a moment...but it's a necessary defense mechanism.

I say yes. The mind is complex thing that no one has been able to decipher! Everyones minds work in different ways!
