Is it normal for your legs to shake

Hi IIN, I have a concern maybe someone can shed some light on. Yesterday I was helping paint a friends house and he noticed my legs were shaking as I was climbing and descending the ladder. He mentioned that it is not normal for that to happen and that I should go see a doctor because I may have a nurological disorder or a problem with my hamstrings.

This has always happened to me so I figured its normal. Anything that requires bending my knees makes my legs shake. Things that make my legs shake include: Bending over to pick something up from the floor, squatting, bending my knees to sit down, leaning forward on one leg.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is it normal? It is not painful at all, and my legs are not weak, it's just that when pressured in the ways I described above they shake involuntarily. Thanks for reading.

THIS RUNS IN MY FAMILY! My mom's side at least. If it happens again just sit down and it will pass. But be careful. My aunt(one out of six, remember) got MS. If you really are concerned, go see a doctor. One time I was running and my legs just GAVE OUT on me. I'm sure it's no big deal. Just try eating more vegetables. IT HELPS.

Hmmm... That doesn't sound too good. It's probably nothing dangerous, but you're the first person I've spoken to who has had this problem.
