Is it normal for your heart to feel like it skips a beat?

Sometimes, often randomly, my heart will have a little jump. It freaks me out because I have anxiety, therefore i am also very hypochondriatic. It feels a bit like your heart presses in and jumpes back out

Perhaps "i am also very hypochondriac." sould be your first clue. If you are younger than 30, have no congenital illnesses nor family history of heart problems, you are probably just experiencing a bit of indigestion.
I certainly wouldn't be at all worried by this unless you have the same thing after running a mile or more.

Happens almost everyday for me, several times in a row. Apparently it's "just" anxiety.

stop eating high fructose corn syrup and other poisons and if you still have a problem, ask a doctor. Since pharmaceuticals are horrible, if it was me, I would just find out a diagnosis and when you find out, start googling what herbs will help you. Helps are healthier, cheaper, and are designed to cure, not just string you along for profit.

I'm actually pretty relieved that this had nothing to do with love. Honestly I recommend you that you see a doctor about that, as he would probably give you much better advice than a bunch of strangers.
