Is it normal for your friends to make you take drugs?

Don't give into peer pressure. It happens more than you think to other people. Don't give into your own morals.

Some people get really offended when others do not condone their lifestyle choices for whatever reason.

Let your friends do what they want to do. I know I experimented quite a bit as a teen and I no longer do a lot of the stuff that I used to do. Don't be pressured into doing something that you know isn't good for you.

Like Nothincrazy said, you know what is best for you. Just let your friends know that you're not judging them you only want what's best. If they don't want to hang out with you because thats the path that you want to take, there's nothing you can do about it. Just be happy you are making the right decision for yourself.

give into the weed, friend A wants to help you make the best decision to improve your life. (marijuana isn't a drug, it's a miracle plant that can fix/help almost everything, and does no harm) but don't give into friend B, he wants you to destroy your life.

That is not forcing you. Forcing would be injecting you or shoving it down your throat. That is called pressuring you. Forcing you to take drugs is a crime. Pressuring you is not something you can go to jail for.

It is normal and the most normal reason for people to take drugs.
Dont do it, an argue with your friends is not worth poisoning yourself for the rest of your life... I dont think im ever gonna start with that stuff because personally i feel sick thinking about it

it sucks to tell you this but your idea of a good time is different from theirs, if thats not something you wanna do and they constantly party that hard, your just going to have to find new friends, they prolly feel umcomfortable and judged because you wont get into the partying scene, im assuming your kind of young because I dont see older ppl casting 7yr friendship aside because you dont wanna do what they want, and their age shouldn't matter if they can't respect your choice, dont respect them, but you also have to respect their choice, I know you want to protect your friends, but its their lives, their choice, and if you hang around that scene long enough, well all I can say is never say never!

They're growing up and experimenting. Me and my friends also said the same thing- and slowing but surely, we all became fucking pot heads. It's life.
They probably stopped hanging with you because you put a damper on things; when you're getting high, you don't want some sober straight edge condescending you.
As somebody that doesn't use drugs, you may need to find friends that aren't regularly using pot, cocaine and alcohol.

Ditch the friends, if they try and talk to you give them a swift kick to the nuts.

Don't go against what you believe in just to stay friends with these people.
It's sad but as we grow up, people change and even though you might have been friends for years before, we drift apart. Friendships don't always last.
So if they are taking drugs which you don't want to do and they are trying to force you, then I think it's time you move on and make new friends. Real friends definitely do not force you to take drugs.

Well it's silly they don't hang out with you anymore. Unless you wouldn't leave them alone about trying to make them stop, then I think I can understand.

People change. They can make their decisions and you can make yours, doesnt make any of you any better or worse than the other.

A person can not make you take drugs, unless you have put yourself into that position, in the first place.
KNOW any drugs that you are considering to experiment with. Marijuana (Cannabis sativa) [weed] is usually harmless in moderate quantities.
Cocaine, however, is highly addictive and should be avoided. Coca leaf, in it's natural state is not addictive and often of benefit.
