my ex blocked me after i told her in the most appropriate way possible that i wished her luck even though we made some mistakes years ago and that i thought we got along well after time passed which was true. she tell me she cant talk to me anymore because she is married and i understand that perfectly well. i message her a day later saying i know its strange but if you and your husband are okay with me being your friend i will give it a try. she in turn blocks me and then unblocks me after like a week..im confused. my interpretation is that she did it to please him but at heart does want to try and be friends. obviously we wont be trying to do that.

      It's fine I was going to leave her alone anyways. I was curious if it happens alot to other people. I try to work all my friends and most of the time it works out pretty well. I can't tell you how many I've passed the husband test.

    Sounds to me like she was just making a point, leave her alone. She already said she doesnt want to talk to you and the next day you tried anyway. She'll tell you when she's ready to be friends, and that may not ever happen.

      It's over I understood that already. I work with my friends and have the husband test many times. So it's not impossible but I just needed to know if she was interested. I'm not upset or nothing. She knows I wish her the the best.

    You're only going to poison her marriage. She cave in but remember you pursued her first. She didn't want to be friends with u cuz it would cause problems in her marriage. Be A man, do the right thing(words of Russel peters)

      Agreed. I heavily dislike that my Bf and his Ex are in touch again. Only reason why I allow it is because I know how much I'd enjoy to be able to have MY ex as a friend.
