Is it normal for your body to not react to intimate stimulation?

My boyfriend and I like to "mess" around from time to time and his body reacts like any guy's body would. But my body doesn't. It doesn't seem to respond to intimate stimulation, like if he massages my breasts or fingers me, I don't feel anything. So is that normal or am I just weird?

    Get him to touch your clitoris, make sure he does it gently. It's the most sensitive part of a womans body.
