Well its probably the best thing you can do with all that free time. Plus its an act of self love which most people do anyway. I would have to say that if you don't do this your not very normal. Just my opinion.
Yeah, sure it's normal. The people who won't talk about it are probably lying (and ashamed or embarrassed). Either way, good for you for being open about it.
In terms of health benefits, I suppose it's a good stress reliever.
4 times a week ? thats not even once a day ... i would say its not normal coz most women and men masterbate every day at least once.... if you mean 40 times a week then thats too much
