Is it normal for women to do this at work?

I'm a man but no, and can't say that I ever got the urge either.

ya, what puddingface said. Knowing there's people makes it all the more exciting. I've done that in school, university, public transportation, public swimming pools, at fast food restaurants, public parks etc....and yes, also at work.

If you don't move hastily if people "show up and see" there's a good chance they don't even notice. After all, you have nothing to hide, maybe you just fixed your panties and thats why your hand is in your pants. Takes quite some control to not look flushed, breathe shallow and act "caught" but it's learnable :)

I've done it at university during classes a few times, the fact that people are around but unaware somehow adds to the excitement for me

There was one guy who was doing it in a disabled bathroom, little realising there was a wheelchair user right outside the door and dying for the toilet. Fortunately for him, he and I have vowed never to reveal his identity.
