Is it normal for veins to suddenly become visible on breasts?

I've just moved house, and I have fluorescent lighting in my bathroom now. I was topless while I was brushing my teeth, and I noticed that the veins on my breasts have become quite visible...I have pale skin but I've never noticed this before, ever. I started taking the pill a few months ago and my breasts have got larger, but I've never noticed these veins before tonight :\ also my breasts, particularly my right breast, is quite tender...I'm 100 percent sure I'm not pregnant, but could this be a symptom of something else? Should I come off the pill? is it normal for this to happen, or something that happens as you get older? I just turned 23.

    I think it's because your breasts got bigger so you skin stretches and it makes it more transparent
