I'm 25 girl and notice that 2 of my male bosses r mean to me? they r nice guys but I think they judge me cuz I'm pretty?? and kinda quite. I try and smile and say hi but when I have to talk to them they act condescending or just seam to not take me seriously. he has said that i am not noticed cuz im small but now im making myself noticed by going to them more wit projects like hay look at me I'm doing something lol Maybe they notice that I'm not happy with how they run things? I don't know what to do !!! but to keep being nice and show them that I am a asset.....

    Get used to it. Don't expect special treatment because you have a uterus. If you want equality you have to take the good with the bad, that goes for anyone.

    They also may be mean to you because you write like an imbecile. You apparently have NO CLUE about grammar, spelling or sentence structure. Do you speak the same way you write? Are you a foreigner? Did you graduate high school? You will be eaten alive.

    I think Mando has a good point. Don't take it personal. Maybe they are jealous because people compliment you on how well you do your job. Maybe they wish they could date you. Lots of different scenarios are possible, but if you really like your job, go over their heads to their bosses and complain. Probably will only make more trouble for you, but you have to decide what kind of an environment is acceptable for you to continue to work in.

    pharmacy now but I've been in a hospital setting for 4 years and not really used to working with men. I think pretty girls get a bad rep of being superficial and lazy but that's not me! I love my job.

    dont try too hard, dont do the "look what ive done is it good?" routine, you cant win doing that remain cool calm and collected and stay quiet, thats my advice anyhow
