Is it normal for two straight friends....

here it goes...during mi first semester in a different college.. i made friends with a senior - and ever since we have become the best of friends.we practically spend every other day with each other and call & text each wen we arent together..I just cant help but think that this guy *David- is sending me these weird vibes of late..It all started like 4 months ago .he has been acting a bit off of late - he has become very touchy feely with me.his graduating this year so he asked what i was goin to give him jokingly i said i would make out with him the day before he leaves but eversince that day he frequently remarks during the week how he cant wait for that day (WTF?!- i knoe i shouldnt hav said that but it was meant as a joke)Just yesterday we had lunch together and during the conversation he asked me if i had seen a mutual friend of friend of ours recently - i hadnt so i said something the lines that he should know since they spend a whole lot of time together - and he said "dont worry really dont care about him u are the only guy for me" i jus pretended like i hadnt heard what he had said..He just so fascinated by everything i do - he tries to dress like me some times and says how much he likes the way i talk.. he hugs me every opportunity he gets and his constantly pestering me to sleep over @ his apartment(thank the heavens i havent) ..well forgot to say his french and im an exchange student from South Africa ..
