Is it normal for to feel ill after the 100m

Every-time I run the 100M race I always feel sick for about an hour afterwards, It's not because it's a hard race as I'm the fastest in the year, but I don't know. It could be due to the fact that I hold my breath for a large majority of the race, to partake in anaerobic respiration, instead of aerobic so I can run faster.

I'm honestly not sure, the schools crappy stop watches don't work very well let alone the people using them. So therefore I don't usually see what time I got, all I know is I won, haha, trying not to sound like a dick and all but it's true. If I had to guess from previous times that I glanced at, I would say around 12.1 seconds. Hit me back penisface, what you at.

the body isn't built for anaerobic conditions so when you start breathing again, it needs to recover and start breaking down the lactic acid that was produced.
This is probably why you don't feel well.

Yeah bra your probably right, but I'm still surprised at how long it takes to recover.
