Is it normal for this to happen when you sneeze?

Many times when I sneeze my stomach cramps up and it really hurts a lot. Mainly my lower abdomen. IIN?

    When you sneeze you use your diafram to push the air out of your lungs. But it usually does not hurt. Do you throw your self forward? I know some people that do that and complained that it hurt...

      Not really, I noticed it usually hurts when I'm laying down.

    I know a guy who sneezes and his whole arm hurts from the shoulder to the fingers. I have no idea why this happens.
