Is it normal for this to happen when i hear a woman moan?

Whenever i hear a woman moan, a sort of electric current runs through my limbs and my muscles, in the affected areas, are incredibly hard to move, to the point where I cannot use them. I am wondering if this is normal and if I should be concerned.
