I know of a 16 year old guy who is dating a 13 year old girl. I'm pretty sure they have a lot of sex. Is it normal?

    A 3-year age difference isn't that much. It depends on how mature each of them are. They probably shouldn't be having sex, but that doesn't mean that they can't date. If you tell them to stop seeing eachother it won't work, they'll just be more secretive, making it worse because you can't keep an eye on them.

    its only a 3 year age difference they shouldnt be having sex but its pretty normal

    18 to 13 is that awkward age group where 2 years older translates into 50 years age difference.

    It's not normal and he should back off. Right now.
