So, Sometimes If I Have A Runny Nose, The Top Of My Mouth Will Start To Itch.

And It's Usually Near My Tonsils...

    Yeah I've had this too, doesn't seem to do any harm. I can induce the itch by tickling with my tongue but I don't like to because it's not like you can scratch it.

    This happens to me all the time when I eat bananas. Its probably something you recently ate. Its a sensitivity to something.
