Is it normal for the top of the shaft of the penis to be like flat?

Like if you were to look at a penis directly (not only is there a problem there cause mine stands up more up then out) but it looks pretty round. My penis seems to look flat on the top of the shaft. And i know girls say like rounder things feel better in them, im still a virgin so i wouldnt know but could this possibly like effect me or not feel good for the girl when i actually do have sex?
