Is it normal for a young teenager to have small white streaks on his underwear? It's not a ton, just a few. It's shiny looking. He says he doesn't masterbate or watch porn. He doesn't hang out with girls. Can he get it from erections and it leak out?

    I don't believe there's a teenager that doesn't masturbate. He's probably just too embarrassed to say he does.

    Pre-ejaculate happens with erections. Dried pre-ejaculate is white (and could be called shiny, I suppose). Teenage boys get erections constantly, because they're sexually aroused, and just... because.
