Is it normal for tattoo to have so many pimples?

I got my tattoo about 5 months ago and it has been getting a lot of little pimples on and around it. They are on my arm and it itches and bugs. I got it at my friends house and I made sure all the tools were clean. I did get a fever once a week after getting it but that was it. Pimples have been on and off, but now it just got a lot of these and now it makes me wonder if it could be an infection. Well is it normal for this to happen? If it is an infection what could I do if I don't have access to a doctor?

    or sounds like to me a dirty pin
    it might be you have mersa how ever you
    you spell it don't do it again
    if they are yellow in color yeah you
    need to see the doctor before it gets worst
    scar tattoos last for ever and don't fade
    and you can do them your self burn tattoos
    do to but it hurts like hell when you have to
    bust the blister and let the water out
    from the burn but do as you please its your body.

    Yikes, it sounds like you might have gotten an infection, or perhaps a slight allergic reaction. You said you don't have access to a doctor..is it that you don't have insurance or you just don't have a doctor? If you don't have insurance, you can go to a community hospital or see a regular doctor. Many of them have payment plans ^_^ But you really should get it checked out. It really sounds like an infection or allergic reaction. :-(

    i get a few pimples on my tatto.like,one or to a week,but i have acne sooo maybe that is why.but i think you might have/had an infection? you should try to call a doctor.
