Is it normal for strangers to stare at you for long periods of time

sometimes when i go out guys stare at me for a really long time (im a girl) and i understand just a glance just to see what someone looks like i mean i do that all the time but whenever im on a line waiting to buy something or at like waterparks and amusement parks or something like that they just look at me and everytime i look in there direction we make eye contact and its really awkward

Is it normal for guys to do that and is it a good or bad thing

    Um it depends on if you are weirded out by it i guess cause if i see a girl and if i think they are attractive than sometimes i will wait for them to look my way but never have i just stared like knowingly lol.

    take it as a compliment or call the cops!! haha

    Frig I hate that! Sometimes people stare at me on the bus, and I feel like saying, "WTF?! Take a picture... it'll last longer!!"

    I sometimes look around and there is someone blatantly staring at me. I just frown and think 'wtf stop looking you creep'. I really dont like people staring at me, it wierds me out and I actually hide if it goes on for too long.

    ACTUALLY nown that i think about it in the college open day a fuckton of boys were looking at me and my friends, like eyeing whats on offewr or something. Its like they're catagorising who's doable or not.
