Ok, I dated this guy about 3 times and we were always on and off. We have always been talking as friends since the previous breakup. He says he loves me, but he is extremely mean and his words bring me to tears sometimes. He calls me ugly, fat, worthless, idiotic, average, and things in that category :( I treat him like a king and yet he never fails to make me feel disgusting. I told him how what he says makes me cry.. And he said if I keep crying we won't talk anymore. he always says "Idc" when I try to talk about it. I know I should've left him a long time ago but something in me thinks that he will change.. Please help ._. Is this normal?

    You are wasting your time, hon. You have a very insensitive person there. Someone who loves you would not deliberately hurt you. I mean, sometimes we DO hurt the people we love, but we do it involuntarily. This guy's attitudes do not seem involuntary at all. He is extremely insensitive, and acting like a heroin who can change another person is NOT in your best interest. That DOESN'T happen. People don't change just because we wish they did. It's time to wake up...for your own sake.

    It hurts when you have to break up with someone, whether they are a ass hole or not, but if your on and off, show him your strong, show him you can leave, and when he says he'll never talk to you again just say " Ok" and leave, or if it's your house ask him to leave, It will hurt at first,and feel like forever, but after about a month, you can start going out again, if you have good friends they can always help. Get rid of him and go have fun.

    Get rid of that asshole. I was with someone for two years on and off because he was always breaking up with me for ridiculous reasons. He would tell me he was too good for me or I just didn't take things seriously enough or whatever his dumb reasons were that particular day. Ok dude who decided to go be a monk but came back two days later cus like wow they really dont speak .idiot. it took too long for me to finally be fed up with it and move on. Then he sort of stalked me for a while. Men, man. Baahh! Fuck 'em all!!!

      Omg the guy I'm talkin about says the same shit to me! We no longer talk because I finally gave up on his ass and I told him off. I'm kinda proud of myself, not yet Over him but I KNOW I can find me a guy that will treat me like a queen, so no longer settling for less than what I deserve!:)

        It still took a little while to get over him but I finally did. You should be proud of yourself. Relationships are hard and so is all the stuff associated with it.

      No, if your a girl, then maybe YOU like that stuff, if your a boy, then you don't understand, girls fall in love pretty easily sometimes, and if your in love then It's pretty hard to get out. It's like that for men sometimes too, because they can sometimes just randomly fall in Love with Bitches, and when the bitch/asshole see's they've got the higher ground they treat them like shit, they can do what they want, some girls love that, other's not so much.

    Some men are just ASSHOLES. And this is one of them. I recommend you leave him, but you probably won't... However, you will have to eventually, cause you will not be with this douchebag forever. Good relationships don't even last forever. What you have on your hands here, is a learning experience. Enjoy. Life doesn't make these things easy.
