Is it normal for someone to ruin another's day?

Is it normal for a person to ruin another's day , like the two of them want to go somewhere , one of them is excited , something happens and the other fights with the excited one, so he ruins her day ,and he end up going and she not going ,so her whole day is ruined because of some overgrown spoiled baby who makes a big deal out of everything !.

    Unfortunately it is common

I feel for you. It sucks. It pretty much goes like "I'm happy!" "Why on Earth would you be happy? *negativity* *negativity* *negativity*"

Well we know nothing of the situation so it's hard to tell who was at fault really. I, unlike the others, will not take your side blindly.

It is however totally normal for adults to act childishly.

People can try to ruin your day but it's still yours; you control how you feel about it.

Talk it over. Work it out. If that doesn't work..., find someone who makes you happy.

Don't allow it to happen again. Above all, don't ever NOT go anywhere you want to - even if you have to go alone. That will teach him you don't need him and are strong and independent.
