Is it normal for someone to get violent over christmas?

So this guy on Facebook said he was going to go back to the store he was just at to kill everyone who said happy holidays to him. He called himself a warrior for Christmas. He was arrested on his way to the store and the cops found three guns in his car. Ironically he was actually pulled over for bad driving and the cops only knew what he was doing after. But anyway they stopped him. Now his friends are defending him. They're saying he's a victim of the liberal establishment and a hero for standing up to the war on Christmas and so on. People like this make me scared to live in this country.

    u want to know why>? i bet you he has a VERY dysfunctional family. MOST people who act like this have very dysfunctional families..... or there is someone in their family (maybe a parent) that he wishes he was closer with or doesn't talk to and this reminds him of it a lot during the holidays; because deep down inside, he wishes he could have a Christmas with that person...i learned about this in my sociology class, and i have read about it. look it up. a lot of people who hate Christmas hate it because of someone in their family or the dysfunctional part of their family...Christmas is about spending time with family(obviously); getting gifts is a bonus. Maybe he feels no one cares for him, or he isn't included in family Christmas ( have known someone like this too )....
    it could be a lot of things though, but that's my best guess.

      also, think of all the crime and shootings that happen before Christmas? people are angry and a lot of the times it is because of the post i just made ^^

    WTF?! People like these make me more ashamed of this country. Thank goodness he got pulled over or we would've had another shooting like the one at Sandy Hook. This is why we need stricter gun laws or even better, we ban them all together like sensible England did.

    No, there are better ways to get the point across than by murdering them for simply saying "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas." After all, they were probably just doing what they were told anyway.
