Is it normal for shortness of breath from adderall the next day?

I'm 18, and I weigh about 130lbs. Yesterday I took an Adderall XR 30mg at about 7:30am. I have only had adderall about twice before, a few months ago, but in a much smaller dose. 15mg i think it was. But anyways, It was fantastic, focused all day, much more vibrant, more into reading. It's just great. But yesterday at about *pm i started coming down.

The effects I felt:

-increased heart rate
-muscle tension

thats it pretty much. The Increased heart does make me a bit nervous, Is that normal?

so i woke up today and i felt good, I got out of bed and noticed my heart rate was still pretty fast. I think i feel shortness of breath from time to time but i dont know if its just me freaking out. I do occasionally get bad anxiety (not from adderall)

I want to take another one but i dont know if I should. Ive read online that increased heart rate is normal due to the fact that adderall is an amphetamine. But i just want to double check

    If your prescribed addoral ,it's like a drug . And you can have the same effects you will have the same effects as for instance Marujuana

    As something with anxiety, I would recommend against using adderall especially since it is having side effects. I would look more deeply into what exactly it does, good and bad.
