Is it normal for random body parts to start twitching?

This has happened before but I just ignored it and it goes away for a little while before it was on my face like on my temple and then it was on my arms and now my leg is doing it like a muscle down and to left of my right leg and it will be in like one area no where else! Is this normal? If anyone has an explanation please share!

    Haha happens to me all the time. A few times a year I'll have bad ones were my arm will randomly swing out. Haha it's annoying but funny. Normal.
