My husband has said that People at his work are like family. I think he does more for them then me. Is that Normal
Nope. I believe you keep your work and home life separate. I hate when people I work with want to be all buddy buddy with me. It's like do your goddamn job and I will do mine so that we can get out of here sooner.
I do think it is normal for co-workers to feel like family. Most people work 5 days a week for 8 hours a day. That is a good chunk of a persons day and most of their week. In all reality, a lot of people see their co-workers more than family (after you subtract sleeping hours, etc). It is natural for co-workers to bond. However, if your husband really does treat them better, then you need to start talking about things...because that isn't normal to take it that far.
