i moved into a place and the landlord was pretty nice. he didn't ask for a lease or a deposit. he reduced the rent when i asked him if he could.

it was still over priced for being such a shitty place.

two girls also lived there.

one was totally insane. she would go out onto the street and scream at invisible people. For a while I thought two of my neighbors were fighting but it turned out to be her screaming at herself.

i barely saw the other one until she caused a disturbance one night. she told me that she (and the other girl) was giving sexual favors to the landlord so she could live there.

i would of never expected that from that old guy. but he didn't call the cops or throw them out when these two women trashed his building.

its gross.

    It's normal. It happens often unfprtunately.
    Its what makes me hate dealing with sketchy people. I'd get outta there asap lol

      you're so sick and desperate you have to plaster a photo of a hot half naked woman on your page and lie and say you're a teenager so men will treat you like you're smart and act like they want to have sex with you on the internet

        What? I never once said that it was okay. I said that it was normal because it happens. Not because its okay. I dont know how you got that i think its okay. You don't know me and obviously didn't read my comment and THINK at the same time. I'm not going to insult you for misunderstanding me because it does happen. Just please dont insult me without further thinking about my comment.
        Because something is normal does not make it okay.

    Doesn't sound like the landlord is really using the two women. Instead the women are using their bodies to get a place to live. I believe that the situation of the two girls is pitiful and frankly kind of sad.

      i would agree except the one girl is so mentally ill she doesn't have full faculties. even if she offered to begin with i think its like taking advantage.
