Is it normal for people to really like golf? I tried to like it, learned the terms & all & to me it's no more than a pleasant passtime. Playing it is nice, but even stranger are those who have nothing else to do but stand out there & watch this prolonged walking & putting game. I'd much rather do anything else. However if i could get paid same as the pros get, I'd be out there all day.

    Assburger, i do 120% agree. it's a non-sport. walkin around for half a day swatin a ball. it's for men over 50 who can no longer move fast. Take the same energy for swinging a bat, change your stance, swat then walk n put awhile. If i never do it again i won't/ dont miss it.
