Is it normal for people inc friends to make fun of your disabilities?

I have a learning disability and I'm pretty dumb in some ways and its hard for me to understand some things but in lots of ways I'm just as smart as others. Sometimes smarter in some things than them.

Why do they make fun of me behind my back?

    Friends who make fun of their friend behind their backs are never real friends in he least. true friends joke with each other, they do not wait for a particular friend to leave and hen joke behind his/her back, this is backbiting. They may be around you only to take advantage of you and taunt you for your disabilities. I suggest you to forget them and make friend with people who really care about you and won't joke about you behind your back!
