Is it normal that when I'm erect, I get around 8-9 inches but when flaccid it's so small that it sometimes goes in?

    that is a MASSIVE difference, but apparently it's possible to grow up to six times the origional size? honestly I can't imagine a penis that was so small that it went IN. Is it like a nipple then??
