Is it normal for overly sesitive people to piss me off

When i talk to my younger sister she is always talking about her feelings....and im like I DONT CARE!!!!!!! most people who talk like that piss me off..... I'm fine with pretty girls talking to me about it but anyone else...HELL NO!!!
